CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program
The City of Stanton is offering a Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program designed to assist senior homeowners with essential health, safety, and accessibility improvements.
This program provides up to $9,000 per household for eligible modifications. It is funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and administered by CivicStone, Inc. on behalf of the City.
This is a grant program — there is no repayment, and no lien or loan documents will be recorded on the property. The goal is to help older adults remain safely and comfortably in their homes by addressing critical repair or accessibility needs.
